AMAZING HARBOUR VIEWS - MANLY - 2 MINS TO FERRY in MANLY, New South Wales for sale

I've just moved into a gorgeous apartment in Manly with amazing harbour views and am looking for someone to share the place with.
The apartment is sunny and bright and is fully furnished including sofas, dining room table & chairs, large flat screen TV etc and the newly fitted kitchen comes complete with a huge fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob & microwave. The bathroom is small but big enough! It comprises of a shower, toilet, sink and the washer/dryer is also in here.
The best feature by far is the amazing view from the dining & living area, and also the kitchen and bathroom...in fact you can see if you've missed the ferry or not from the shower!
The room is a decent size, and is furnished with a double bed which can be moved if necessary and that still leaves room for a wardrobe and/or dresser etc.
The location couldn't be better, situated just behind the aquarium/manly art gallery and a 2 min walk (or 1 minute mad dash!) to the ferry and the heart of Manly.
About me:
I'm a 31 year old girl, from the UK but have lived in Manly for over a year now and work in the city. In the week I work the normal 9 - 6ish and often go out for dinner a few nights a week with friends but also enjoy cooking at home and catching up over a glass of wine/cuppa. I go to yoga most mornings and also love running and swimming on the weekends - not really a fitness freak it just means I can eat more cake!..I am a bit partial to baking the odd batch of cookies..). I also got into beach volleyball in the summer - even though I'm hopeless at it! And am always up for kayaking or walks etc - just your average Brit making the most of what Manly has to offer! I occasionally have friends over for food & drinks - no mental parties but just good social gatherings which I would love my new potential flat mate to be a part of if they like. Though I also appreciate my (and others!) personal space...Happy to live with male or female as I'm pretty easy going, clean & tidy (but not to the point of obsession!) and generally get on with most people (as long as you're not a weirdo!) Looking for someone similar minded, working professional aged 25 - 35ish and preferably a long term tenant who wants to call this place home.
