I have a spacious and bright split level apartment located in the heart of Manly which I'm looking to share. Features include 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (located at the quiet back upper level), massive living/dining area, open plan kitchen, balcony (which gets the morning sun) and study nook. The apartment gets plenty of natural light and has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. The balcony has a BBQ and outdoor setting a great spot for chilling. Separate internal laundry (not in kitchen or bathroom etc.).
Quality furniture and really homely place to live. Located close to The Corso, restaurants and cafes, and just two minutes from the beach, ferry, and buses.
Gas and electricity bills will be split down the middle. Rent is for one person, although I'm open to considering the right couple for additional rent.
I'm a 32 year old insurance broker account manager who works in the city during the week, loves to go out cycling and gym. I like to cook whenever I have the time. Try to eat healthy but love a cheat day. Love a BBQ and any good food and wine. Like to spend time with family and friends and chill out on the beach. Try and keep a tidy house without being pedantic about it and am respectful of others.
Looking for a long term occupant, but happy to take short term stays in the iterim.
